At Home Door Greeter Prototype

We believe the most critical time is the moment a customer walks in the door. Whether it’s the movie theater, restaurant or retail shop, opinions are formed either consciously or subconsciously the moment they enter. If your customer starts with a positive image or experience when they walk in, momentum builds more easily. They want to like more. If their impression begins as ho-hum, or as a negative, it’s much harder to impress them as they walk through your store. Greeting a customer is one of the best ways to connect  – digitally. It’s not intrusive, does require a handshake or even a “hello”. But if you provide a greeting, or useful information when they walk in, your customer, and you, will be off to a good start.

Nissan of McKinney

This was our initial design for service digital boards for Nissan of McKinney. We installed a total of 8 vertical screens – 4 screens on right of service area mirrored the 4 on the left.

ZAK was going to be prominently featured to boost sales in engine, oil and gas additives. These elements help provide longer life for the car parts and higher profits for dealerships

Randy Shutter, the Service Director at Trophy Nissan, turned us loose to create a dynamic service area. While not everything was approved by Nissan Corporate, 85% of it was. Not only did we turn an old looking service into a vibrant interactive one, a sales increase was noticed immediately.

Tires sales improved by 20% within the first 3 months and all A La Carte service sales exceeded their monthly goals for the first time in 5 years.
