Rockwall Dodge

Rockwall Dodge was interested in seeing what we could do with their Service Garage configuration. Since they already had two pillars in the drive, we created balance by installing another pillar with equal spacing as the other two.

We suggested building out the pillars into a square shape, giving them a more stable and bold presence to hold the vertical screens. Everything would be painted in duo tone colors to make the screens blend and the Service Garage look more professional and and high-tech. Screens would have dynamic movement – featuring Mileage Maintenance menu and A La Carte jobs.

Design for New Service Area

Randy Shutter, the Service Director at Trophy Nissan, turned us loose to create a dynamic service area. While not everything was approved by Nissan Corporate, 85% of it was. Not only did we turn an old looking service into a vibrant interactive one, a sales increase was noticed immediately.

Tires sales improved by 20% within the first 3 months and all A La Carte service sales exceeded their monthly goals for the first time in 5 years.
